I had the deep honour and privilege to work under the direct and stellar leadership of Mr. Vikram Rao who was a mentor to me from 2001 -2004. He is truly a visionary leader who is a great example of what Jim Collins describes as a “ Level 5 leader”. Thanks to his mentorship and the opportunities he gave me , it opened the doors for extraordinary growth for me. He brings the best out in leaders and is very honest in his assessment of the situation. I still go back to him for his wisdom and counsel every-time I have a tough decision to make. He is and will always remain a friend, philosopher and guide. Mr. Vikram Rao has developed and mentored a generation of extraordinary business leaders and continues to do so with his avatar as a executive leadership coach. I will always be grateful to him for what he has done for me.
